Menara Perak
Menara Perak is a 26-storey Grade A office tower. The development was completed since May 2008 and situated on a prime location of KLCC. This RM87 million development was designed and constructed by WTW Bovis It takes place on a 0.65 acre plot of land along Jalan Perak.
Upon the completion of Menara Perak, most of the spaces will be occupied by the owner and only some selected spaces are for lease. The offered built-up for the office space is approximate 8000sf and it is priced RM6.00 psf to RM7.00 psf. Besides, the building provides some basic facilities such as basement car parks, cleaning services, centralized air-conditioner, security system, CCTV and so on.
